Yes: Melatonin works well for insomnia some time to do some 6 mg as needed sometimes it becomes less effective overtime

is it harmful to take chlorella longer than 2 months. isn't that about how long it would take to get in your system and start working?

No benefit: It really doesn't matter how long you take Chlorella, because there is no scientific evidence to support its effectiveness for prevention or treating cancer or any disease in humans. You would probably be better off using the money to buy healthy nutritious food as a basis of a good diet. Adding Chlorella will not help though. Good luck.

i have been taking cortisone shots for eight months now. it seems that their not working any longer!  what can i do to stay out of pain?

Noninvasive measures: I assume you are getting epidural steroid injections for back or neck pain. Your best bets would be a combination of biofeedback for control of nerve pain and muscle spasms, and pilates for strengthening of the spinal muscles. Additionally, aquatic therapy would be a more soothing form of back strengthening. Try to minimize medications.

i abruptly stopped.taking zolpidem because i felt that is wasnt working and i took them longer then recommended.  how long does withdrawal last?

Insomnia: The only withdrawal you usually see from zolpidem is insomnia.  If the insomnia was long term before you started the zolpidem, it may continue after you stop taking the medication.  There should be no other side effects or withdrawal symptoms, but you may still find yourself needing something to help you sleep

A Loaded Question: The only way we know of to improve concentration is discipline and training. Long term use of amphetamines and most psycho-active drugs cause the opposite. At first you feel patient and time passes easily. You stay focused longer but are processing data at half the speed. After a few years if you take  away the drug you'll be anxious, irritable, and completely unable to concentrate. Try coffee.

Multiple causes: There are many reasons for fatigue with exercise.  If one has just started working out , the intensity of work out may simply be too high and needs to be reduced.  Slowly increasing the intensity from a lower level.  Medical conditions that can also lead to excess fatigue. A medical evaluation prior to further participation would be warranted especially if decreasing doesn't improve or if older.

Treat you anxiety: If you are losing weight due to anxiety then you need to treat the anxiety better. Although drugs like Xanax (alprazolam) can help for a while there are better treatments. You might consider talk therapy - it really helps. And many doctors use antidepressants to treat anxiety. Studies show the best approach is a combination of antidepressants and psychotherapy (talk therapy).

i've had my paraguard iud for 3 years now and i checked the strings  today but they seem longer than normal. should i be worried my iud isn't working?

IUD: If your IUD strings are longer than they were previously, it may mean that the IUD has fallen lower in the uterus, or less likely that you are pregnant. You should see your doctor to have this evaluated. A ParaGard IUD may be less effective in the lower part of the uterus than at the top.
