No benefit: It really doesn't matter how long you take Chlorella, because there is no scientific evidence to support its effectiveness for prevention or treating cancer or any disease in humans. You would probably be better off using the money to buy healthy nutritious food as a basis of a good diet. Adding Chlorella will not help though. Good luck.
