Good question...: Depending on the area of the cut (such as the nose), there are fewer blood vessels present to deliver healing elements (such as fibroblasts) to the area.

lets say your skin heals from a cut, and then on that same place where it healed you get cut again. will it take longer to heal?

: It may take a little longer if the area has a very indurated scar that makes it difficult for both sides of the wound to close easily.If That’s the case,try to approach both sides of the wound with medical tape instead of leaving it to close on its own.If you can’t do it easily, it may need stitches.The area needs also a good cleaning from the old scab if it was still there.Apply Vaseline daily

No: Eyelashes and hair do not grow longer nor faster if they are cut.  However, the cut ends of hairs are thicker and rougher when compared with the naturally smooth, tapered, worn ends of uncut hairs - so one can feel a difference between cut and uncut hair ends.

No: Cutting eyelashes has no effect on the growth.  Why would you want to change them anyway?

It will be normal: Hair always grows at a fixed rate, which doesn't change significantly your entire life. There is no way to make it faster or slower. How often you cut it, or how much, makes no difference at all. Anything else you have heard is an old wives' taie.

Maybe: A small amount of bleeding is not unusual up to 8 weeks.  Bleeding beyond that or heavy bleeding at this point should be checked out.

I'd pluck it: One single hair? I'd pluck it. If you are prone to ingrown hair than you may want to trim it rather than pluck. Plucking will otherwise keep it away longer.

Big debate, one side: There is a vigorous debate going on right now over this very question. Typically, the cord is being cut immediately after delivery. However, there is a growing argument that cutting the cord should be delayed. The reason for this is that the cord continues to pulsate for several minutes after delivery, pumping baby's blood from the placenta back into its body. Early cutting can lead to anemia.

i'm low on blood pressure medicine (only 4 pills left), should i cut them in half to last me longer? (i can't refill them until i get insurance)

Try to get meds.: It's not safe to cut long-acting medications, such as once-daily blood pressure medications, in half.  See if you can be prescribed generic versions of the medications you are on.  That would be safer.
