ANS: no but if you add a lot of salt or use canned beans with salt the salt my be at an unhealthy level. What is unhealthy? more that 2,400 mg sodium per day unless you have family history of HTN then &lt;1,500 mg. Read you labels and see.

Don't take chances: It depends on so many things, like temp inside fridge - how often opened & for how long, condition of chicken going in, how cooked, stored air-tight? Etc. If it smells off or looks off or feels coated w/ something off - don't eat it. It's not worth the risk and being worried may make you or someone sick just from a nocebo effect.

Nutritionally??: Not long. The nutrients like vit c disappear quickly. If you juice with a juicer, add some of the fiber to make it chjewy and drink as you make it wirthout refrigeration.

Cherries: Try cherries and cherry juice. Many of my patients find benefit from this. Feel better!

Read the label: Every formula is slightly different - read the label of your formula.  Most do not recommend mixing the formula very far ahead of time, but you'll need to read the label to see.  The reason, especially for a newborn is that, once mixed, bacteria could grow in the formula (rich with nutrients) once water is added.  Always follow the label directions exactly.  It's best for baby.

i forgot last monday to put my allergy vials in fridge i accidentally put them in cabinet can i still use them ? been 5 days in cabinet

Potency loss: Although you will likely not get an adverse effects from using the extracts, the potency declines a lot at room temperature even for a few hours. If the extract is for sublingal drops, it may not be as crucial  but you should not use the extract for allergy shots

i just ate a slice of watermelon. afterwards i found out my mother bought the watermelon, cut the top off and ate some and put tinfoil on the cut top and didnt put it in the fridge after. she cut it last nightim so worried about getting sick now?

Whoa: If your B12 deficiency is due to being a vegetarian, you should be taking a supplement as the vegan leadership recommends. If you truly need B12 shots because you have a problem absorbing the vitamin -- and most people tolerate them fine -- you may very well have to put up with whatever's involved because otherwise you'll get permanently brain damaged. This is serious business.
