Common with Chemo: Metallic taste is common with many medications such as some antibiotics and with chemotherapy medications such as roaccutane.  

However, it would be advisable to consult with your dentist to make sure that you don't have gum disease or an abscessed tooth.  These conditions can also cause a metallic taste.

Health changes: Any changes to your routine or health may alter a menstrual cycle.  Sometimes stress or a new thyroid condition may change your bleeding pattern.  Introducing a new medication to your daily life such as Accutane may also cause these changes.  It would be best to be seen by your ob/gyn soon so discuss the managment of your changes in bleeding.

Anal fissure: Anal fissures are a common problem in people with constipation. They're tears on the anus from hard stools.
Usually patients with constipation have a bowel movement every 2 or 3 days. That period of time allows the colon to absorb all the water in the feces which make the stool compact and hard. 
I recommend increase the water consumption and eat fruits that will help with the constipation.

"retinoic acid (active form of accutane/roaccutane) induces differentiation and reduces proliferation of stem and progenitor cells. It works on acne by inducing similar events in basel sebocytes.

Probably fine: However, Isotretinoin is usually given either as a total dose once per day or divided in half and given twice per day.  Talk to you dermatologist.

25% worsen in the be: I have found that only 25 percent of patients get worse in the beginning, most patients improve every month until the acne is gone.

Accepted Answer

Roaccutane: Roaccutane is the strongest medication for acne but the normal treatment is 20 weeks at 1mg/kg per day. Patients can clear at 16 weeks or longer and if they do not clear at 20 weeks the doctor can keep you on the medication longer.  I have seen patients clear at 24 weeks but blood work has to be drawn every 30 days.
