: Some basics:
The rash of secondary syphilis spread widely often involving palms and soles and presents as pink to red slightly scaly spot or bump. They remain on skin for 2-10 weeks.

reoccurring rash on my penile gland. i noticed first july 25 2023. it lasted about 2 weeks and faded away. i spoke to my physician who gave me a syphilis test, the test was negative. well now the rash is back. also have swollen neck lymph nodes?

: The syphilis blood tests are very accurate, so you can be assured syphilis isn't the problem. Beyond that, there's no way to even guess at the cause of either the rash or your possibly enlarged lymph nodes. Return to your doctor, or perhaps see a dermatologist. Good luck.

Most likely: If the rashes have completely resolve and you have no other symptoms, then it was not due to secondary syphilis.  Since you have concern about syphilis, you may want to get tested for syphilis.

???????: Second stage syphilis has lesions palms ; soles, also other symptoms. Latent syphilis is latent, meaning no symptoms. A blood test will reveal syphilis. Is the patient aged 4 ? Probably a virus. Possibly pustular dermatitis  or psoriasis. If any suspician of syphilis be sure to get the blood test.

how do i know if i have this chancre-like on scrotum that is painful and itchy and other deform rashes. they are itchy, red, painful. could it be syphilis?

Syphilis: Primary syphilis does include genital sores called chancres, but they are usually painless.  http://tinyurl.com/8fzkvwt  they look like large, round bug bites that are hard, and usually show up 10-90 days after exposure.  They also usually heal up within 6 weeks -- but if untreated, syphilis moves on to further stages.  Please see your doctor for any questions about sores on your scrotum.

worried uncle here. is it possible to transmit syphilis through saliva? or through an innocent kiss on the cheek. or in a situation when my nephew could touch my lips with his hand. there were no sores or rashes on them?
