Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

: Sperms cannot survive without fluid as if we cannot survive without air.

Accepted Answer

Usually not: It depends on how the uterus was removed. Most cystocele repairs can be done vaginally which has a shorter recovery time than an abdominal surgery.  If the uterus is removed vaginally there would be no additional recovery time. If however, the uterus were to be removed abdominally followed by a vaginal cystocele repair then there would be additional recovery time.

Uterus or cervix?: Unless you are obviously pregnant you still would not be able to swirl a "finger around it". I think you mean your cervix which is in the vagina and rises with elevation of the uterus of which it is a part. this situation may be temporary depending upon uterine position or more likely a growth in the uterus that is causing the cervix to change position. A GYN MD can discern the difference  by exam

No: Women with  hysterectomy can (and do) usually continue to ovulate normally afterwards.

Which technique? : The answer depends on the nature of the perforation. How big was it and with what instrument was it caused? Also it's important to know what in the meet you oblation technology the doctor plans to use. I would not do an ablation that did not allow constant visualization. HTA is my preferred technique over blind ablation technologies

Yes: As long as the mirena (levonorgestrel) is in the uterus it will work properly.

i had a partial hysterectomy +- 3 years ago. 3-5cm of my uterus removed due to non stop bleeding. therefore i can no longer have babies. with today's technology. is this able to be repaired? stitched up and sealed to be able to have kids again?

Evaluation: You will need to see a reproductive endocrinologist who can read your operation report, evaluate the pathology report and do a sonogram to determine what amount of uterus is left. They may consider other testing to determine if pregnancy is possible.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

when can i have intercourse? i had my check up my doctor said my uterus is back to normal size i had no cuts or tears and no longer bleeding.

When MD gives OK: You can have sex again only when your treating MD gives you the OK, so call him/her.
