Uterus or cervix?: Unless you are obviously pregnant you still would not be able to swirl a "finger around it". I think you mean your cervix which is in the vagina and rises with elevation of the uterus of which it is a part. this situation may be temporary depending upon uterine position or more likely a growth in the uterus that is causing the cervix to change position. A GYN MD can discern the difference by exam
