Changes DNA: In very simple terms, nitrogen mustard type drugs change the structure of a cell's DNA, and as a consequence,  the cell can no longer divide and make new cells appropriately.  Normal cells have a better ability to repair the DNA damage than do cancer cells. Thus, cancer cells are more susceptible to the affects of chemotherapy.

Congenital heart: Primacor (milrinone) is a drug given by intravenous infusion to increase contraction strength of the heart while reducing blood vessels' resistance to cardiac output. It's used in the hospital and for outpatient infusion therapy of advanced heart failure.  Dr. Mustard developed his operation to treat congenital transposition of the great vessels. It was the standard of care for many years.

NO!!!!: There is no longer any indication for emetics. They were once used in overdoses and poisonings, but there are way too many complications including injury to the esophagus, aspiration, and typically did not resolve the ingestion. Every er used to have ipecac to induce vomiting. That was removed years ago and is no longer used.

why would you take magnesia, a stimulant, and strong coffee after an emetic for berry poisoning?

See below: Some poisonous berries like pokeweed or yew berries can cause heart block and low blood pressure, so that  would be why one would take stimulants like strong coffee which contains a form of xanthine like caffeine. Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) may worsen diarrhea and loss of potassium leading to further cramping; however, magnesium by itself may cause relief of muscle spasms. See your dr. &amp; follow treatment.

i find french's mustard, vinegar and kombucha - take my acid reflux away instantly. how does that make sense? aren't they acidic?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you, From what you described, it appears that your symptoms that you attribute to acid reflux may be due to something else. It would be prudent to consult your doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Celiacs disease: Try a bland diet like rice bananas, shredded apple and carrots, soft boiled egg, plain yogurt, etc. If no better in a day or two see your gastroenterologist for a possible culture and diet.

i am 11 weeks pregnant & i was wondering if it is safe to eat snyder's honey mustard onion pretzels, cause it does contain horseradish powder.?

Relax: Eating those honey mustard pretzels should be fine as part of a healthy diet, just don't live off them.   Don't overdo it and you will be fine.  Large quantities could potentially cause a miscarriage, but the amounts that you get in a handful or two of pretzels is minor.  Risk of miscarriage is greatest in the first trimester, so if you want to play it safe, wait till you are 12-14 weeks.

we are using coconut oil and mustard oil for massage and itching medicine but only 10 percent relif
she lost her weight  on dailysis

Dialysis itching: This is a common problem with many causes: medications, allergies, renal failure.  Keep an itching diary and see if and meds or foods are related. Show to dialysis team and discuss.

:poop:: It is okay for a baby to poop after every feed. The watery consistency does not sound normal however and the baby may have a light stomach virus. I would feed the baby two feedings with pedialyte instead of formula. If the watery poop continues after switching back to formula, I would take the baby to be evaluated or if there is associated vomiting, fever or other symptoms.
