:poop:: It is okay for a baby to poop after every feed. The watery consistency does not sound normal however and the baby may have a light stomach virus. I would feed the baby two feedings with pedialyte instead of formula. If the watery poop continues after switching back to formula, I would take the baby to be evaluated or if there is associated vomiting, fever or other symptoms.
