Drug Test: I'm sorry there is nothing you can do.  Sorry about your sobriety.  Start a new day today.  If you are really suicidal go to the ER first please. Jail will pass but death won't. I'm not sure how long what you smoked will stay in your system, don't put anything else in there and see what happens.  Take it one day at a time.  Live for today and tomorrow will take care of its self.

Not safe: Her drug use is not safe for the baby. Does she want to keep the baby? While pregnant everything she uses will affect baby.  With 3 wks till delivery, the meth shouldn't be in her system anymore.

Bad things: Meth will show up in the baby's stool/meconium. If tested and confirmed she may lose custody of the baby who will likely be born addicted to meth. It would be prudent for the niece to seek care to get off meth as soon as possible, if not sooner.

: No, if you stop meth now it won't be detected in the meconium after birth. Yes, you should stop all substances and good luck to your pregnancy.

: If your last period was 10/5 and you had conception several weeks later, you couldn't hear the fetus's heart beat by the time of US done (dopplers can’t reliably detect a baby’s heartbeat until 10-12 weeks). With the presence of IUD and negative pregnancy test I can conclude that you are not pregnant.

Up to a week: Meth will usually be detectable in urine for 2-4 days and up to a week after last use.  If you haven't used yet, please reconsider because it's a very dangerous drug.

It is not good!: Meth is basically an upper and cannabis mellows one out.  They both may produce paranoia and are both addictive and have moderate to marked damage to the lungs.

Depends: Could be from 5 to 10 days depending on your metabolism. On the other hand without sounding  like a scold, doing meth  and worrying about it is just as detrimental to your health &amp; well being. It's not the "amount" of meth you used but the good probability of increasing  use that it illegal and depending on your age very harmful
