Bubbles: You should not have any bubbles per se in the urine. Negligible amounts of protein may cause urine to bubble after it mixed with water in the toilet, but otherwise, you would not have any bubbles in the urine as there should be no air eliminating with urine normally.

Go see your doctor: You didn't mention your specific diuretic but there are several from which to choose. Sometimes we use 2 from 2 different classes. You should also make sure that you're taking other appropriate medications such as ace inhibitor (or arb), beta blocker, spironolactone, perhaps digoxin (no mortality benefit), BiDil etc. Check w/nutritionist re avoiding salt. Keep track of daily weight. Good luck!

Unexpected: If you mean swelling which lasts hours at a time, it is not from water retention and is called angioedema.   Water retention tends to be most noticeable at the legs and ankles and would dent if you press your finger against the area.   Claritin does not relieve water retention but may reduce angioedema and yes it has a longer duration of action than benadryl (diphenhydramine).

: sometimes a little blood collects in the area called hematoma and is gradually absorbed . If the wound is clean it will heal normally. For the swelling you can use a heating pad for 10mts  three times a day. I think you will be OK

Probably never: Water is water. There may be some theory that if in a plastic bottle and exposed to extreme heat then some leaching of chemicals from the plastic bottle could contaminate the water with harmful chemicals?? I invite opinions on this.

Weight gain: The typical thought on this is that every 3500 kcal excess consumption is one pound of weight gain.  So on average, if you consume 3000 kcal per day and burn 2500 kcal per day, you will gain 1 lb in 1 week (500 kcal excess per day).  The opposite is also true.  To gain 2 lbs, you would need to consume 7000 kcal greater than your expenditure.

If you are perspiring after a workout and drink as much as you wish, you will rehydrate within an hour.

Few hours: Plain water is excreted by the kidneys rather quickly and i expects it would only take several hours. Sodium however takes longer and a high salt load can take several days to get out.

Cimetidine: It starts working pretty quickly, the problem may be that your condition may take a little while to improve. It depends on what's being treated - gastritis or stomach ulcer. It takes sometimes up to 6 weeks for them to heal, although, improvement may be noted in 2-3 days already.
