Probably never: Water is water. There may be some theory that if in a plastic bottle and exposed to extreme heat then some leaching of chemicals from the plastic bottle could contaminate the water with harmful chemicals?? I invite opinions on this.

Yes: Definately, or even just a wet washcloth. That's what our mothers used! wipes are convenient, but sometimes can worsen rashes.

Amniotic sac rupture: "water breaking" is when the sac holding the baby's amniotic fluid ruptures, typically causing a gush or persistent trickle of fluid. This usually occurs at the end of pregnancy or during labor when the cervix is starting to dilate, disrupting the membranes. Occasionally it can happen prematurely which requires hospitalization.

Could not drinking enough water before going to bed lead to headaches in the morning? Sometimes it seems that i wake up feeling fuzzy, and my latest hypothesis is that I am not drinking enough water.

No harm in drinking: Water before going to bed, but you may need to get up at night to go to the bathroom. Go ahead and try it over a few days to see if it helps.

How can I lose 5 or 6 pounds in a couple of weeks? Should i go on a water fast?

Don't recommend: Water fast. Your body will go into starvation mode. Your metabolic rate will drop in response. You will eat up your muscle rate ; you will put weight back on at a super fast rate. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match.
A 38-year-old member asked:
Fat soluble vit vs. Water soluble? Whats the difference between the two?
1 doctor answer • 3 doctors weighed in
A Verified Doctor answered
Vitamins: Fat soluble vitamins are vitamins A, D, E, and K. All of the other vitamins are water soluble and tend to get excreted in urine. Solubility is a property of a substance to be soluble, like orange juice concentrate stirring into water as an example of water solubility. Some substances are happier in a lipid or fat environment and are not water soluble, like oil. Vitamins are like this too.
