No: Bulging discs never unbuge by themselves. It is possible that symptoms attributed to the bulging disc may resolve over a period of weeks to months. This happens when swelling is the primary cause of irritation of nerve roots causing sciatica. As swelling subsides the symptoms resolve. If the disc is herniated ( excessive bulging) and it causes  paralysis and severe pain; it often 
needs surgery.

No: Fluoroscopy is a technique to get x-ray images that can be done live. It is used for diagnosis and as an aid during procedures. Like x-rays and ct scans it involves the use of radiation to obtain images of the body.

No: Discs typically do not heal. However, that doesn't mean that you can't live pain-free. A ruptured disk will often shrink away from a nerve. A herniated or bulging disk as you call it can move around but bouncing on a ball does not promise which direction it moves. If you are having symptoms, see a physical therapist or chiropractor.

Not enough info: Generally these issues will not require surgery. Look for other causes of back pain at age 19, particularly spondylitis  unless there is nerve entrapment and  you do not respond to conservative therapy, surgery is not a good idea.

No: 30 mg daily is,th maximum dose,for cyclobenzaprine.  This may cause excess daytime sedation, so,use needs to,be with care, and muscle relaxants typically are not used forever. If your need has gone over a month, ask,your doc what is being treated and if,there is a better option for treatment. Or,,see a pain doc

Variable: Bulging discs are almost always normal at your age - they are a normal part of aging.  Conservative treatment usually does well for treatment of neck pain (especially if you've had trauma, such as a car accident) - including physical therapy, progressive activity, and anti-inflammatory medications.  Further treatment, if necessary, can include spinal injections.  Talk to your physician.
