Months: Once absorbed, 90% is stored in bond as lead phosphate. The other 10% is taken up by the red blood cells, the brain, the kidneys, and the liver, where toxic effects can develop.  To excrete lead: 90% put out in stool; 9% in urine; it takes twice as long to excrete lead as to absorb it. The one-half life of lead in body is 2 months.  So the level will decrease by 1/2 every 2 months.

1) how long have you been taking it? Just 2 days? 2) why; if depression/ Anxiety then should not be stopped abruptly
3) If you took accidentally 2 tablet at the same time then it takes 1 day to  get out of your system.

Half life 8-37 hrs.: Half life of cyclobenzaprine ranges from 8-37 hours, with the average half life being approximately 18 hrs. It is metabolized in the liver through the cyp450 enzyme system. So, the effects of Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) may leave your system in approximately 18 hours.

how long does it take for nicotine from chewing tobacco to be completely flushed from your system so that it cannot be detected? i need to take a nicotine test for a job and i need to know how far in advance i need to quit the stuff.

It : It depends on whether the nicotine test is a urine test, blood test or hair follicle test and how much you smoke.  For most people, a urine test takes 2-4 days to be clear, a blood test takes 7-10 days and a hair follicle test takes much longer, but is not usually used due to expense.  If you are a heavy smoker, it may take longer for the nicotine to clear from your system (up to a week for the urine test and a couple weeks for the blood test).  Smoking menthol cigarettes may also cause the test to remain positive longer than regular cigarettes or chewing tobacco.  Of course, the sooner you quit, the better it is for your health. Bleeding: Do you mean how long the old blood will take to flush out of your system?  That is impossible to tell.  If there is old blood at the end of your menses normally, then it will last the normal time frame for you and pelvic exam should not significantly affect it.

Healthy lifestyle: There is no magic secret in order to be healthier.Usually a healthy lifestyle including a balanced diet, regular exercise and abstinence from tobacco, alcohol in excess and drugs is all it takes. However, there are some medical problems that might cause frequent infections and sickness, and for that your would need evaluation and get tested. If that is the case schedule a visit w/ pcp.

For your intent, yes: It would not be exactly an issue of 'clearing your system' as in half-life - but it will take more attention to tapering off to avoid certain risks associated w/ serotonin syndrome, etc. Discuss your concerns w/ our Dr - it's a good way to get to know a bit about their thinking on these matters and you can consider seeking one who fits you best.- perhaps a specialist..

No benefit: It really doesn't matter how long you take Chlorella, because there is no scientific evidence to support its effectiveness for prevention or treating cancer or any disease in humans. You would probably be better off using the money to buy healthy nutritious food as a basis of a good diet. Adding Chlorella will not help though. Good luck.

Genetics: We all have differences from each other due to genetics, including gender and nutrition. The rates at which various chemicals, including alcohol, are metabolized, vary among people and explains how long after the last drink etg may be detectable.
Alcohol is a poison and you should abstain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
