Can you clarify why some people take longer to get alcohol out of system, such as etg test? why do some people test positive up to 80 hours?

Genetics: We all have differences from each other due to genetics, including gender and nutrition. The rates at which various chemicals, including alcohol, are metabolized, vary among people and explains how long after the last drink etg may be detectable.
Alcohol is a poison and you should abstain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
Get HPV vaccine.
