Highly unlikely;: Highly unlikely from a single event, but how much and how often you drink, what other medicines you take, genetic predisposition, and current health state of your liver all impact the result.   Any concerns:  Nausea, vomiting, yellowish hue to eyes or skin, see  your provider for a check up.

No, : No, it is not safe for your stepmother to take your medications, regardless of what they are. If her doctor wants her to take something, he or she will prescribe it for her.

He has not stopped: If he is having cannabis showing in his tests, either the tests are inaccurate or he is still smoking or doing pot in some other manner.  Doctors may be prescribing this for him.

Keep Taking Them: You should continue to take your medications.  A healthy liver should process those medications fine.   Liver damage from medication can't be predicted, but is very rare.  You should make sure that you do not take too much of the Acetaminophen (tylenol) - no more than 4000 mg a day.

You need: To find out the cause of the enzyme elevation.  There are treatments if it is a virus, and youshould steer clear of alcohol if that is a potential cause and until one is found, but many medications can cause the "trans-aminitis". No heal-all for this serious finding need to see an internist/hepatologist.

Yes: You are already on xanax (alprazolam) which is the strongest most addictive medication but I do not see an antidepressant on your list.  Review this with your doctor.  There are antidepressants that help with depression, anxiety and chronic pain. Life style changes help with coping mechanisms as well as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety along with the medication.

Lots of Bad Things: Failure to take your medicines correctly can lead to rejection, infection, graft failure, and death.

Postmenopausal sx: Postmenopausal symptoms may disappear by themselves.  Othewise other medications may be prescribed...Clonidine, ssris. Check what our gyns have to say.
