In addition, the chances of a secondary tooth spontaneously falling out on an otherwise healthy 22 y.o. without any prior pain or swelling is virtually unheard of. It just makes good sense. But you can always bring it to your dentist if you are still concerned.

They usually fall off as that adult tooth eventual erupts.  If not, your dentist will give it a helping hand.
