Facial swelling: The swelling that is normally expected is usually proportional to the surgery involved.   swelling around the mouth, cheeks, eyes, and sides of the face is not uncommon.   this is the body's normal reaction to surgery and eventual repair.   the swelling will not become apparent until the day following surgery and will not reach its maximum until 2-3 days post-operatively.   use frozen pea packs.

Not via computer: You need to be immediately evaluated by Dentist, Periodontist, or Oral Surgeon that did extraction.  You may need additional treatment and/or antibiotics.

i had an extraction and bone grafting done on my lower left back molar after having an abcess for one month. it's been six days and i still have swelling. i wake up with pain coming from the surgery site and a pain and swelling a few inches below the site

Need evaluation: You should contact the doc who performed the procedure for you  to determine if your postoperative course is proceeding as expected or if you need to be evaluated for any postoperative problems.

Bone graft: Taken from knee?! for what ? If swollen and red and hot, and with fevers, talk to doctor to rule out infection.

having xray 6 weeks after 3rd met orif, bone graft (6 mth nonunion). expect complete healing then or just some? swelling, pain/tenderness normal?

Doubt healed yet: Non union correction typically takes much longer to heal then routine healing of a metatarsal fracture.  If this was a stress fracture, then it will also take longer then 6 weeks.  Pain and swelling are normal at 6 weeks.

12 days after dental implant and bone graft and my gums are white and slimy? is this normal? swelling has decreased and on z-pack.

Likely normal: Likely normal if no increased pain. You should have already had postop appointment to check. If not, see surgeon to make sure.
