Menstrual pain: Severe menstrual pain with diarrhea may be due to endometriosis.  Oral birth control will control the effects of endometriosis (if no contraindications exist) and preserve fertility.  Oral bcp's will stop ovarian function and lessen the pain. See your gyn physician for an exam and treatment.

There is a condition known as Coccydynia.  In that case the coccyx is tender and patients have pain sitting down. A steroid injection in the coccyx is the main injection we try for that.
