hello. can omeprazol give a false positive for a orine drug test of thc, cocaine, or anfetamines? i have been taking it for 2 weeks (20mgs per day).

Not likely: Although many drugs can cause false positive screening  tests, any positive must be confirmed by gc/ms and their are no false positives with this test.

False positive?: False positives have been reported with use of NSAIDs (anti-inflammatory agents). May need to repeat test.

Second hand smoke: Second hand smoke from weed is more likely to cause you to have a positive urine test for THC than any transmission through semen. I doubt the explanation of people blaming semen for positive drug test.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Pediatricians, help!: I've not heard of testing newborns' meconium (bowel movement) for Cocaine before; I have to beg ignorance here. My deep concern is with why you may be asking this question? Are you referring to your own newborn, and concerned that Cocaine use may be detected? Or are you worried about a child in danger? Single use Marijuana might be detected in urine for 1 to 7 days (or more) and regular marijuana use can be detected in urine for 7 to 100 days (longer periods have been reported though).

Long time in hair.: Marijuana crosses the placenta and has untold effects on the developing brain of the fetus. Nobody has studies these effects in detail, but they may not be severe. Thc can be detected in hair analyses from newborns weeks after maternal use.

Not sure: I'm not sure this question has been studied -- given that you'd have to expose a group of fetuses to a potentially damaging drug to find out.  Main problem is that fetal brains are not well developed, and more vulnerable to toxins than the mother's brain is.  The mom might feel thc is just fine for her, but her baby is not able to deal with it as well. I would imagine it remains at least 1 month.

Cannabis.: Single use of marijuana should be out of your urine in 1 to 7 days. Regular use of marijuana – should be out of urine in 7 to 100 days. Single use marijuana can be detected 12 to 24 hours in blood. Regular use marijuana can be detected for 2 to 7 days in blood. Marijuana regular use detected in hair for months. Single use might not be picked up in hair.
