THC: Single use Marijuana may be found in blood for 12 to 24 hours. Regular Use Marijuana may be found in blood for 2 to 7 days. Single use Marijuana might be detected in urine for 1 to 7 days (or more) and regular marijuana use can be detected in urine for 7 to 100 days (longer periods have been reported though).

Dont understand ?: Could it stay longer than WHAT?? THC does not remain in the blood for more than a few hours, and its metabolite is generally not detectable in blood after a day or so. The metabolites of THC are excreted in urine for several days after a single use. Heavy and regular users of marijuana may have positive urine tests for months, in part because the metabolites are very fat soluble and are stored.
