Get checked: First of all, get fully evaluated. You have lots of significant health issues and these need close attention from you and your doctor. But keep in mind, pneumonia can frequently take a long time to heal completely, sometimes several months before your strength is fully restored.

Healing process : Even though the pneumonia is no longer evident in the Xray or examination you may still experience symptoms of cough, shortness of breath for a while as the lung heals.  If the symptoms persist or worsen you should always go back for a re evaluation with your doctor to ensure it is completely resolved or something else is not causing your symptoms

Things that can cause pains in chest and abdomen include heartburn, pneumonia, gallbladder problems, liver disease, kidney problems, heart attacks, or blood clots.

Lexotanil: This product is a tranquilizer but I'm doubtful that it caused chest tightness. I would be concerned if the chest tightness occurred while you were running. If this is so, a consultation with a cardiologist, and having an EKG and a treadmill stress test would be my advice.

CP: Chest tightness or pain could be due to various reasons- musculoskeletal, acid reflux, hear problems, esophageal spasm, gall bladder disease, aneurysms, blood clot in lungs etc. If you are having pain for so long , you need to get checked.
