Any : Any test has a risk of being a false negative or even false positve for that matter. Heavy metal toxicity/poisoning is a very difficult issue, and has been a challenge for a lot of doctors. I recommend you consult a medical toxicologist. These doctors specialize in poison and metal toxicity. If you have already done so, i suggest a second opinion by another doctor in the field.

Get an evaluation: Sounds like you might need another assessment of your symptoms so you can get an accurate diagnosis and treatment. It is not recommended in most cases to take wellbutrin (bupropion) on an as needed basis.

An infection: Might represent an infection or medicine or vitamin eliminated with the urine. Any pain? If there is pain than is an infection. Any med introduced over the last month. If cannot clarify this way need a urinalysis, see a doc.

: You need to take in enough fluid value daily (in foods or drink) to pee every 6 hrs or so. Anything more is sometimes offered as good practice but I find silly. If you find making pee a good use of your time drink as much as you wish. There are a few health conditions that require constant fluid intake to avoid dehydration but these are rare.

Relatively: Lisinopril may interfere with kidney function and I would be cautious in its use in the presence of a creatinine of 1.7. At the very least one has to follow creatinine and potassium levels(both may rise) closely even with a low dose of 5 mgs.

For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
