i have a burning sensation on a tooth that needs to have an apical periodontal cyst removed. could this be it ?

Peri apical abscess: yes the pain is the infection in the root.  As the nerve deteriorates the pain will get less.  I would make sure you get an antibiotic and that you get a root canal to preserve the tooth.  A cap or crown will be placed after the root canal.  Good luck and feel better!

i had a right side maxillary periodontal cyst removed in august 2013 but past couple of weeks when i push on the tooth a lot of pus comes out why?

Infection: Sounds like you may have an infection in the area -  you should have your oral surgeon check it.

i'm having oral surgery next wk to remove a apical periodontal cyst on my hard palate how will i feel afterwards will i be able to eat and talk?

Palatal Surgery: Your recovery will depend on many factors, including how much surgery is required to remove the cyst, medications prescribed, and how well you follow instructions. You may have a splint to wear to reduce swelling. You will probably have stitches. You will have some pain but it should be manageable with medication. You should be on a liquid diet the first few days followed by a soft diet.

multiple ovarian cysts, experiencing a lot of pain (shoots through my back), nausea (vomited last night), difficulty urinating, abnormal bleeding (last period 7 weeks, clotting). been on ocella 2 years, doctor recommends iud. opinions? removal?

Cotninuous OCP: An IUD is not going to help prevent cysts or treat your PCOS, so that would not be my 1st choice for you. For PCOS, the best thing is to use an oral contraceptive pill (OCP) however it sounds like Ocella isn't working for you. You could try a different pill, or you could try taking this pill continuously (skipping the placebo weeks so that you skip your period).

Cyst removal: it may stop depending on how much it re-opened.  if it is large it may need to be debriefed and have a secondary closure.

Yes: It would be normal to have bleeding after removal of a cyst.

Contact your Surgeon: Best to check with your surgeon. Until you are able to speak to your surgeon, avoid hot foods and beverages, spicy foods, citrus, and any other irritants. Cool water would be more soothing.  You may swish salt water. Speak with your surgeon for best direction.  If there is bleeding, apply pressure.  if it does not stop, and you cannot reach your surgeon urgently, then go to the ER.

dr mentiones that if my cycle lasted 33 days i might not be ovulating even when i have bleeding, have 33 cysts. could this be true? why?

Anovulation: If you have 33 cysts you have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos) which has associated an imbalance in hormones and cycles without ovulation. Easily fixable when you want to get pregnant :) 33 days is not abnormal.

hi i am bleeding for 13days now not much just spotting that won't stop...i had a cyst removed last year is it possible for it to come back? i'm really concerned..please help...

Cysts can come back: Depending on what kind of cyst it was, some can reoccur. Are you trying to get pregnant? Are you using birth control? There are ways of preventing cyst formation. See a Provider and check this out!
