A few days: Depending on what the biopsy is for, the initial results (gross micro) will come back in a few days.  If the biopsy is for something more specific like tumors, infection, then the permanent results can take up to a week depending on additional stains or final culture results.

nondiagnostic biopsy: Some cases of osteomyelitis do not have causative bacteria isolated. This can be due sometimes to timing of antibiotics prior to getting a good biopsy. However, with the negative studies you mention, active osteomyelitis would probably be less likely. I would discuss with an infectious disease specialist.

Week or so: After the bone gos to th lab it has to be demineralized, stained, and viewed microscopically, if any question obout the diagnosis, rather than give the wrong DX to you the bxs are sent out for opinions from other experts. So if simple a week if harder to dx, 2-3 weeks depending on the speed they are sent out and viewed and returned.

It depends: It depends on why the biopsy was being performed.  Bone biopsy of the jaw can take weeks to months to feel better. Persistent pain can be sign of infection or nico (neuralgia indiced caviational osteonecrosis) or it may be coming from whatever the biopsy was being performed for in the first place.

Less than 1 week: The general results from a bone marrow biopsy are usually available in less than 1 week.  This will depend on the lab/pathologists reviewing the bone marrow and usually it is just 2-4 days.  However some special tests may be done on the specimen that can take additional time.  Also, molecular and cytogenetic (chromosome) tests can take longer.

Yes, by checking -: With your orthopod, who determines it by taking a history, examination, xrays, lab work; & on repeated examinations, xrays & lab work. You should be on appropriate antibiotics for 6-12 weeks. 
As your condition improves with no pain,  tenderness, fever, return of appetite, there will be improvement in general condition. Bone bx is generally not used to DX if the osteomyelitis has resolved or not.
