HIV vertical : No one can say exactly how long anyone with any condition will live, but i can assure you that a child born with HIV will longer with treatment than they will without it.

Get treated/basics: Your post does not reveal your gender, so the response will focus on females. Aggressive treatment could reduce your viral load to a minimal level. If you then conceive &amp; keep your load minimal with continued treatment you can reduce the risk baby will be infected from 40% down to less than 5%. The baby should receive medication until studies show it is free from infection.

Impossible: There are too many variables. And, now no one would do this experiment to get such an answer. 

I know of no health professional that would stand by and let a child die. The parents would, in my opinion, lose parental rights if they refused treatment for their child in this scenario.

Yes, you can: You don't say why you want c'x to mix with formula, but the answer to your question is ,yes, you can mix. That being said, optimal feeding is breast only. Adding in formula may decrease your milk supply. Formula is also a bit harder to digest, and some babies get fussy adding in the non-human milk. BTW, congratulations for getting your viral load to undetectable.  Keep up on your anti-viral meds!

Several ways: Treatment is advancing by medical regimens becoming simpler to take ( thus better patient adherence), more potent in nature ( penetrating to deeper tissue stores) and new mechanisms of action to combat potential development of resistance.

i took descovy (prep) for hiv prevention for almost one year. i developed sudden mild bilateral gynecomastiaand it hasnt gone away despite no longer taking nor needing the medication. i an hiv negative. is this normal ? treatment. ?

: Gynecomastia is not listed as a common side effect of Descovy.  If this was sudden onset, and did not resolve with stopping the Descovy, you should follow up with your doctor for lab tests to determine cause.

i had protected vaginal sex with a girl. but she is hiv2 positive.(not on treatment) i tested negative on 30 and 43 day by hiv 4th gen duo test dr told me hiv2 takes longer to be detected. is my negative status is confirmed or i need further testing?

: a study showed that 99% of people who will become HIV positive do so by 45 days after HIV exposure.  Therefore, your negative test at 43 days is very reassuring.  One more 4th generation test at any time after 45 days should provide slightly more reassurance; the longer you wait for the last test, the more conclusive it will be.

HIV: Yes, there is pharmacological treatment for hiv.  Usually a combination of protease inhibitors and other antiretrovirals, it is an aggressive treatment that has been clinically shown to lower viral load and help keep t-cell counts high.  Talk to your physician if you believe you may have hiv.
