Relafin, Motrin: Relafen (nabumetone) and Motrin  belong to a group of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids).

There is no one drug that is effective for everyone when it comes to joint pain so please consult with your physician.

Multiple sensitivity: People do definitely have multiple sensitivities to substances.  Your problem is not that uncommon. Unfortunately it is not easy to manage or fix especially when you need pain control.  You need very personalized attention by some treating doctor. We or the doctor needs an extensive history of any and all of your problems. Good luck i hope you have someone to work with.

how is a diskectomy different from a spinal fusion? what's the difference between a diskectomy and a spinal fusion? is one better than the other for back pain relief?

Discectomy : Discectomy is the removal of disk.  Usually only small amount of disk which has leaked out of the disk space and is pinching a nerve is removed.  Discectomy is done primarily for sciatica leg pain not for back pain.  Recently surgeons have had success with endoscopic discectomy for treatment of back pan caused by degenerative disk disease with a rip in the disk (radial tear). Fusion surgery most of the disk is removed and cage/bone is put into the disk space.  The vertebral bodies are held together with screws and rods.  Over time the upper vertebral body fuse across the disk space to lower vertebral body forming "one big bone".  Fusion surgery is the standard surgery for back pain.  In the future endoscopic discectomy may replace fusion surgery for initial treatment of back pain from degenerative disk disease.  Please see my health guides on endoscopic discectomy.  Good luck!

Yes: Depending on the level where it was injected and how it was performed it could, the higher the spinal, the more likely it could contact the spinal cord or a spinal nerve, trauma from the needle or from toxicity of the solution could do that, although it is fairly rare.

can spinal stenosis present itself as lower back pain without leg symptoms and still maintain pain relief by bending forward or sitting?

You need evaluation: It is not clear this could be mechanical or inflammation.
You can ask  your  physician to evaluate and/ you for both and if there is a clue of inflammatory back pain.

i suffer from chronic back pain..travel to my legs and hips..had a fusion and a spinal cord stem put in..what else can i try for pain relief?

Exercise, etc: Everyone with chronic back pain should try strengthening exercises.  Other treatments are sometimes helpful.  These can include medications such as antidepressants (some are helpful for chronic pain), Gabapentin or pregabalin.  Anti-inflammatory medications are sometimes helpful.  Acupuncture is sometimes helpful.  You should see a pain specialist.

whats the difference between ibruprofen & diclofenac? i have a fracture in my back and having trouble finding pain relief from doctors as stomach prob

Both are NSAID's...: ...and as such can have the same disasterous effects on your gut, kidneys, etc.
