I suffer from chronic back pain..travel to my legs and hips..had a fusion and a spinal cord stem put in..what else can i try for pain relief?

Exercise, etc: Everyone with chronic back pain should try strengthening exercises. Other treatments are sometimes helpful. These can include medications such as antidepressants (some are helpful for chronic pain), Gabapentin or pregabalin. Anti-inflammatory medications are sometimes helpful. Acupuncture is sometimes helpful. You should see a pain specialist.

Acupuncture: Can be a good option it can increase endorphines in i brain and help improve u mood and decrease u pain.

Spine Pain Options: This chronic pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease, etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist and may be candidate for facet injections/radiofrequency ablation and epidural steroid injection.
