Steam inhalation: Yes, humidified warm air helps only if your baby has croup. Otherwise it is of no use! however, it does not harm either, if used once daily ( at night time).

It varies: from person to person.  Tolerance may occur with any dosage and Clonazepam is very addictive and taking increasing dosages is not recommended.  Depending on the medical problem being treated there are other options for treatment.  Beware that stopping Clonazepam may lead to dangerous withdrawal and will need to be tapered slowly while another med is started.

: That amount of spacing shouldn't pose a problem from the medrol dospak. Are you taking allopurinol regularly to reduce uric acid level and prevent gout attacks?

It won't work: A person can lose a bit of weight after a steam bath, but it is almost all water weight and promptly regained. It has no role in permanent weight/fat loss. And there are risks: infection (germs thrive in that moist environment), severe dehydration, rise in core body temperature possibly leading to infertility in men. An occasional steam bath for relaxation is ok; dry heat/sauna is better.

5-20 mins , 3 times: Let me start by saying, if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or are on any type of medicine, you should talk to your doctor first. The sauna can put a strain on your system and can make your body react differently to any medicine.

Sauna's are considered safe 5-20 minutes per session, you should take no more than three sauna rounds a day.

i scratched my eye with an eye dropper. no pain afterwards. 21 hours later, i got hot steam in my eyes from a kettle. will this damage the scratched eye or make the healing process longer?

: Certainly avoid any additional trauma to your eyes! However, if you have no pain and your sight is unchanged, it is unlikely that you've done any significant damage. If the sight is affected or you have pain, see an ophthalmologist.

Once a maintenance dose is reach (a process that can taken 1-6 months), injections are spaced out to a 2-4 week interval as part of a maintenance plan. Injections that do not seem to be effective after a year may be discontinued. Injections may be continued for 3-5 years or longer if they are effective.

It varies: This depends on your latitude, time of year, your skin pigmentation &amp; how much skin is exposed. It D helps us absorb calcium but many get enough calcium via diet. It's more important to take Vit K. If you don't get enough sun take 5-8000 iu of Vit D/day.
