The sauna can put a strain on your system and can make your body react differently to any medicine. Sauna's are considered safe 5-20 minutes per session, you should take no more than three sauna rounds a day.

Often: As often as you want, as long as you keep yourself hydrated to replace the fluid you lose in sweat. Stop if you're dizzy or thirsty.
