Shouldn't be Black: In the absence of any medication, your stools should never be black. That usually indicates that there is blood from the upper GI tract coming out in your stool(melena). You probably need to get checked out right away. Some meds like pepto-bismol can cause black stools but you probably shouldn't be on that anyway.

how long can it take for numb feeling in lower leg through to big toe to go away when caused by sciatica? this symptom along with ankle bone pain is lasting longer than the usual pain in the hip/thigh area. had on and off since epidural for c-section?

: My rule of thumb is if sciatica is still problematic after 6 weeks, i recommend an MRI of the lumbosacral spine and/ referral to a neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment options.

Probably soon.: I see no reason why you couldn't have clitoral stimulation shortly after a C-section, but any questions after a  surgery should be directed toward the surgeon themselves. You should ask whoever did your procedure. Good luck.

Most : Most doctors say to wait 6 weeks, however i tell patients that they can resume sex when they feel comfortable (i.e. No pain in stomach, scar healed). Some patients feel fine to have sex 2 weeks later. Everyone's recovery time is different.
Light housework 2 weeks after a c-sec. Should be fine, and customary housework at 6 weeks. Again i will state that you should go at your own pace, resume activities when you are comfortable.

6 weeks: A common restriction is no lifting over 10 pounds for 6 weeks.  You can still lift your baby in a car carrier.  Best wishes!

C/section healing: C/section wounds usually take 4 to 6 weeks to heal on the surface without infection. Infection or poor surgical wound anastomosis  can take far longer to heal. The uterine incision(which can't be seen) needs a post op OB MD exam to determine whether it is completely healed or not. Your OB MD can tell you when it is safe to conceive again after the healing process is completed.

6-8 weeks: It takes the uterus about 6 weeks to reduce to its normal size.  You should wait until then to avoid infection. Some women have pain after a cesarean that makes them avoid sex for up to 8 weeks. If you have pain, wait.
