Tylenol (acetaminophen) motín : Both are give every 6 - 8 hr. So the idea is to alternate each one , so every 3-4 hr you are alternating (tylenol (acetaminophen) now , Motrin 3-4 hrs later and so on).  In reality this has not shown any benefit. Stick with just one, see doctor if no improvement.

Advil Cold and Sinus: Advil Cold and Sinus contains pseudoephedrine which decreases breast milk supply.  Avoid Advil Cold and Sinus while breastfeeding. Sure: Skin warmth and fever don' always correlate. Lowering fever isn't necessary unless seriously elevated (&gt;104) or for discomfort. Fever is a natural immune response to infection.  Try cool compresses (water not alcohol).

5 ml: You can give 5 ml of tylenol (acetaminophen) and/or 5 ml of motrin.  The tylenol (acetaminophen) can be given every 4-6 hours, up to 5 times in 24 hours and the Motrin can be given every 6 hours.

You Can: It is , but whether it is better is not clear.Thr current rotine is to give a dose every 4 hours.I believe that this method gives too many peaks and valleys in the amount of meds in the system.One med gives a more even effect.

Maybe its worth...: ...asking why you feel the need to take analgesics?  You're of course also right in raising concern about the effects of alcohol in potentiating liver disease.
