How soon after giving my 1 year old ibuprofen can i give tylenol (acetaminophen)?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) motín : Both are give every 6 - 8 hr. So the idea is to alternate each one , so every 3-4 hr you are alternating (tylenol (acetaminophen) now , Motrin 3-4 hrs later and so on). In reality this has not shown any benefit. Stick with just one, see doctor if no improvement.
