Probably not: An "enlarged uterus with a 12 mm lining" is not likely to "mean early pregnancy". A blood betaHCG / pregnancy test is much more reliable and accurate.

Depends: Try using a pessary to help with symptoms. A prolapsed uterus is not a contraindication to getting pregnant.
