is it advisable to eat heavy, very early in the morning?

Spread Calories Out: Healthy eating patterns include what we eat, to how much we eat, and how calories are spread out during the day. It is best to space calories out to avoid over eating (especially late in the day). Having a heavier (higher calorie) meal early in the day means lighter (fewer calories) noon and evening meals. Avoid heavier meals at night. Also, light healthy snacks between meals are recommended.

if i am having ankle surgery at 1 pm and am having a block, can i eat a little something early in the morning?

Ask your surgeon!: Most anesthesia providers require an empty stomach for at least 6-8 hours before surgery. Although you are having a block, you may well also be receiving sedation via intravenous, and this could make you drowsy enough to lose part of your gag reflex, allowing vomit to enter your lungs. Bad! and what if things go poorly with the block and they want to put you to sleep? Now it's unsafe if you ate!

Gastitis or ulcer: Your symptome sugestive of gastric problem, may be simple irritation,  excessive acid  production or  even an ulcer. You need to have diagnosis before treating see your doctor.

Listen to doc: if your doctor recommended you take it on a empty stomach than follow their directions. However if it's causing an issue let them know. They could change your medication.

Is GS: gastric surgery bypass? If so what you are doing maybe of some importance. This may be related to carbonated drink, caffeine, stress, air swallower or possible food intake that causes gas? See your doctor advice in the meantime look at what you are eating or drinking as this may have a lot to do with it.

what can cause lower abdomen pains for several days after normal monthly period? pain is worse after i eat, early in the morning, and after to much movement. i have taken ibuprofen, pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) on the first couple of days.

There : There are many possible causes of lower abdominal pain. These include urinary tract infection (uti), peptic ulcer, infection, ovarian cysts, etc. Etc. The fact that it is worse in the am and after eating leads me to lean towards a gastritis or ulcer. You should stop the Ibuprofen as it can cause further abdominal pain. You should be evaluated by your doctor to find the cause of your problems and begin appropriate treatment.

Ice: No this should cause no harm however ice is just water  I would suggest that drinking water would be easier to do

Include Fruit: Start with a protein, add some carbohydrate, and some a food fat (contain fat soluble vitamins and hdl).  A healthy shake is refreshing and healthy. I like to add peanut butter.  Man does not live by bread alone, so make sure to eat more chicken, eggs, that is.

See a doctor: 15Kg of weight loss in 5 months is a lot, and this is not normal if you haven't changed your diet. You need to see a doctor for further assessment and testing.

N,V,D: Nausea, vomiting,and diarrhea usually are due to either a viral gastrointestinal infection or food poisoning. Fatigue is a common accompaniment of these conditions. These resolve within a few days without specific treatment except for rest, light diet, good fluid intake and Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed. Saltine crackers are easily digested and flat ginger ale is well tolerated.
