Can happen any time: You can actually get pregnant  while the Implanon is in place, but chance is very low(less than 1%). After taking it out, the hormone is still in you and so with time, it will go down and yur chance of pregancy increases. So, if you have any sign/symptoms of pregnancy such as morning nausea, check a hpt. If u are intending to get pregnant, get on the prenatal vitmains. Consult doc. Good luck.

At first ovulation: Mirena (levonorgestrel) does not prevent ovulation in the majority of users as opposed to birth control pills. Once the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is removed, there is no longer any contraceptive benefit. If one then has unprotected sex during ovulation, pregnancy can occur. Conception immediately post Mirena (levonorgestrel) removal is not harmful to the fetus.

Not typically: Not typically.  Unless your miscarriage was due to trauma or something that could have injured the uterus.  Most miscarriages are due to chromosomal abnormalities and nothing could have prevented them. Most women will wait a cycle before they try again, but there's no harm in trying whenever you want. Silver lining: I try and find the good out of the bad.  Unfortunately your first pregnancy ended with a miscarriage. But we know that you can get pregnant.
Remember that there is a 15 percent miscarriage rate per pregnancy. Most ob/gyns are trained to not even look for a reason unless there are 3 miscarriages in a row.

You should be able to get pregnant again. 

We rarely find the cause of miscarriages.

Pregnancy test: Newer urine pregnancy tests can detect a pregnancy several days before the missed cycle. However, don't be discouraged if negative. Check again at the time of your expected next cycle and that would be more accurate. Good luck.
