Do i need to go get checked up after a early m/c to make sure everything is okay for me to try and get pregnant again?

Not typically: Not typically. Unless your miscarriage was due to trauma or something that could have injured the uterus. Most miscarriages are due to chromosomal abnormalities and nothing could have prevented them. Most women will wait a cycle before they try again, but there's no harm in trying whenever you want.
