To tighten ab's: crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge &amp; “bicycling” exercise on back.  Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e. running, swimming, Nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.)

Flat Corneas: Flat corneas present a real challenge because the contacts tend to move excessively.  You may need to have a custom contact lens designed for your eye.  You may obtain better vision from a gas permeable hard contact lens. Call your local opthalmologist and optometrist for more information.  If your current lenses don't work, then seek a second contact lens fitting elsewhere.

I : I don't agree at all, I do lipo and fat transfer procedures regularly on obese individuals and have had a total of 2 infections in the past 400 cases. One was in a diabetic who was somewhat overweight, and this w as most likely because she allowed her glucose to go out of control. These two issues, obesity and diabetes are separate, even though obesity may be a risk factor in the development of type 2 (adult onset) diabetes.

In my experience, in my hands, you would be ideally suited to have liposuction and fat transfer. What i frequently see, but this is not always the case, is patients being motivated to lose weight after liposuction. Simultaneously it must also be said that cosmetic surgery, and liposuction surgery are not weightless surgeries.

My last liposuction and fat transfer patient weighed just shy of 300lbs, & she is in love with her rounder, higher buttock appearance after her surgery.

Inner ear imbalance: We have 3 canals in each ear for positioning not hearing.  If one of the canals isn't in balance with the other 5 you will feel dizzy in certain positions.  See your doctor, or an ear, nose, and throat specialist to have this diagnosed properly.

Don&#x27;t need to lose: Your body mass index is only 19.5. This is great! Normal/desirable is from 18.5 to 25. You may need to firm up and exercise can do that  but you do not need to lose any weight.
