Unlikely, but: it depends on several factors.  Hair follicle drug screens are affected by:  1. time between consumption and hair collection, 2. type of hair collected (from scalp or body, as growth rates differ), 3. type of test -- the "standard or 5-panel" test generally does not include a test for alcohol.  Consuming only "one shot" or 1-2 ounces of hard alcohol probably is not enough to cause a positive result

Yes.: Detailed testing of hair (not hair follicle) should disclose exposure to these pharmaceuticals. There is however not much clinical value to such testing.

Not likely: If you've been using drugs in the last few months, it can be detected in hair exam.  None of the marketed products that supposedly cleanse your system of drug residue are guaranteed to fool such lab testing.  This at least gives you new incentive to stop using drugs which can harm your health anyway.  Good luck to you.

: Hair sampling for drug and toxicology are not very accurate and are affected by products we put in our hair such as dyes, conditioners, gels or sprays. Urine
testing is the most accurate and your urine screen was negative the explanation of your hair sample would be a false positive and should be of no concern.

: Depends on the specific type of test and what it is actually measuring. This is not a standard method for detecting breakdown products of Vyvanse in the body. A urine test is more common.

: Theoretically, the medications may be able to be distinguished from one another, depending on whether or not the body produces different metabolites (the chemical the drug is broken down into). When taken orally, Vyvanse (lisdexamphetamine) is converted to dextroamphetamine (adderall) so it is possible that both drugs will yield the same metabolites.

Most likely Vyvanse: Vyvanse is a prodrug that is metabolized into amphetamine by its passage through the liver (its chemical name is lisdexamfetamine), so it is not unusual.  Wellbutrin is also a very similar molecule to amphetamine, but I am not sure whether it would show up as a positive in a hair follicle test.

4 days approx: Depends on the type of assay test (eia/elisa, lc-ms), but generally 4 days. It also depends on the sensitivity of the test.

Probably: It depends how much you ingested and how long after that you were tested.
