4 days approx: Depends on the type of assay test (eia/elisa, lc-ms), but generally 4 days. It also depends on the sensitivity of the test.

3-5 days: This somewhat depends on the dose and frequency you are taking it. But, as a general rule of thumb, most of the amphetamines are detectable for up to 5 days after last use.
