Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Many answers: If you were born with iron deficiency, this should have been corrected. However i suspect that your problem is not from iron deficiency which can be easily verified by blood tests.  Thus you need to see a doctor such as a hematologist to find out what may be causing your anemia.  Depression is a far more likely cause for your lack of energy but make sure that nothing else could be wrong.
