No: Nowhere do I find that marijuana cures it. There are tons of purported uses quoted for marijuana including using thc for cancer, but I am yet to see a single patient who got cured of any disease treated by it.

No: It is likely to make them worse since smoking (tobacco) makes them worse.  Marijuana has no legitimate role in treating eye disease.

I don't think so.: There are no medical controlled studies on marijuna for this . It's only indication is for pain control in certain situations. It's a way to escape from reality. Healthy life style is the only way to slow down cataract. Fortunately nowadays cataract surgeries are very successful.

Marijuana n cataract: The marijuana  may  have some influence on the fluid dynamics within the eye and the cataract bur it is nor associated with any permanent cure.  When the cataract influences your seeing ability that is the time to consider cataract surgery.

No: Marijuana cannot change problems in the lens of the eye, where cataracts form.

: A thorough assessment will be needed by your primary care doc as marijuana is known to cause or induce such states. However, other conditions cannot be ruled out. Otherwise a poorly understood condition that may last for months, also categorized under cannabis induced depersonalization-derealization syndrome.

: Research suggests that marijuana use may cause functional impairment in cognitive abilities. However, the degree &amp; duration of this impairment generally depends on how much &amp; how long you used it. And so there should not be any long term impairment in your memory from the short duration of use which you have described. However, if the problem persists please see your Family Doctor for an exam.

: Probably no risk. But ... “check the product label”. Mexican marijuana?, California? Cambodia? Grown indoors or out?  Sun or shade?  Chocolate, prune? Curious

ive been smoking marijuana for over 2 years not heavily im trying to come off it now as its making my anxiety so bad i cant handle withdrawal?

Taper of slowly: Taper off slowly reducing your marijuana use &amp; stay hydrated with water &amp; avoid sugar &amp; caffeine, eat healthy foods such as veggies, fruit &amp; fish, exercise daily for at least 30 minutes &amp; look for support from family &amp; friends. I also suggest speaking to a specialist in substance abuse at SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse &amp; Mental Health Services Administration at 1-800-662-HELP (4357). Best of luck!
