Research suggests that marijuana use may cause functional impairment in cognitive abilities. However, the degree & duration of this impairment generally depends on how much & how long you used it. And so there should not be any long term impairment in your memory from the short duration of use which you have described. However, if the problem persists please see your Family Doctor for an exam.

Agree with Dr. Mendel. You should recover. You need to refrain from not only weed, but also alcohol and any street drugs. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
