Taper of slowly: Taper off slowly reducing your marijuana use & stay hydrated with water & avoid sugar & caffeine, eat healthy foods such as veggies, fruit & fish, exercise daily for at least 30 minutes & look for support from family & friends. I also suggest speaking to a specialist in substance abuse at SAMHSA, the Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration at 1-800-662-HELP (4357). Best of luck!
