Here are some...: Hyperosmolar diuresis is specifically related with poorly controlled hyperglycemia leading to severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, etc. resulting in manifesting the following symptoms: high fever, weakness, drowsiness, altered mental state, headache, restlessness, inability to speak, visual problems, hallucinations, &amp; paralysis. So, make sure of having good control of blood glucose.

: Protein can be found in the urine of healthy children, with an upper limit being 150mg/24 hours.  8-y-o boys urine excretion  in his  urine was 98mg/24 hours, apparently in normal range.  197mg/L was a concentration of protein in random urine of which you should not be concerned.

Acetazolamide: As a carbonic andydrase inhibitor, acetazolamide decreases the rate of carbonic acid and hydrogen ion production of the kidney, this increases the excretion of solutes and  the rate of urinary output.

No: The metabolites will be available in the urine in trace but measurable quantities. The exact duration of detectability depends on the exact drug being measured.

Varies: It varies person to person. Some may tolerate BP in 80's, some don't. Low BP which causes symptoms is usually dangerous for that patient. Usually we get worried when we see BP in 80's.

: Negative albuminuria rules out primary kidney problem but systemic diseases which cause other type of proteins in the urine, e.g. light chain, can be present. Severe cystitis can also produce significant protein (immunoglobulin types) in the urine and they are measured in total proteinuria by quantitative test. Again, (-) albuminuria rules out glomerulopathy.

Differences: This is putting a dye to image the specific vessels. Aortography or course is the aorta and coronary are the blood vessels that go to the walls of the heart and yes they can be done a the same time, as long as the amount of dye used can be ok for the kidneys so a good kidney function necessary or else renal failure can ensue. That's one risk and the other is perforation of vessel, rare.

Not true: Actually there are those that believe that diet and exercise can influence the thyroid. I am among them. The question is really "how much?" that is a tougher answer. I believe that regular exercise can improve thyroid function. Naturapathic doctors use a combination of different foods to treat thyroid deficiency.  I am not aware of any data to support this but have seen it be effective.
