Start w med eval.: It may uncover underlying medical problems that need to be addressed.  Cognitive Behavioral therapy can be effective. Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hrs sleep /night &amp; good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies &amp; 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises or meditation. Take care.

Variety: The body does not become resistant to  "adrenaline" however, thecan get "used to" a workout with the same routine seemingly producing less results.  Maybe time to mix it up.  Interval training is a great way to energize your workout without requiring significantly more time.  Consider walk/jog program for beginner or  speed work/ hill repeats for experienced. Spice up routine with  a new class.

Fear & anxiety: Why would you want to increase Adrenalin in the first place. It is the natural hormone of "fight or flight" and there is no known cause for too low adrenalin. See a doctor if you have symptoms you've attributed to low adrenaline - it could be something else.

Caffeine? Meds?: Caffeine and some meds, including supplements, as well as rec. drugs can cause brief feelings that could feel like a rush.  A rush is a nonspecific feeling, what do you mean by it?  A tingling? alertness? feel hot or cold or shaky?  Details are important to help.
