Spasm: you might be experiencing spasm in the bowel a condition called irritable bowel syndrome same time GERD and ulcer has to be ruled out 
need to avoid stress as much as possible.you need to regulate your bowels.you need to avoid late meals and snack specially chocolate,caffeine,mint,and spicy food
you can take anti acid before going to bed and sleep with your head elevated and avoid tight cloth

Probably not related: If, after your gallbladder removal one year ago, your GI tract was functioning normally, then the current symptoms are more likely related to some type of gastroenteritis.  Start with clear liquids and if tolerated, progress to soft, bland foods, such as toast, broth, apples, bananas, and rice. Avoid caffeine, fatty foods, and alcohol.  If this persists for more than a few days, see your MD.

during hida scan gallbladder did not release to the small intestine within 1 hour.  after cck was given it released. does it mean liver problems?

Need more detail: The bile made by the liver gets stored in the gallbladder and then empties when signaled bycck. If your gall bladder did this it's normal. If it emptied, but, only a small amount, it would be a poorly functioning gb. Suggest you ask what the ejection fraction was. Normal is more than 25-30% in most studies.

multiple times a week after dinner i get extremely bad pain in upper abdomen under both sides of ribs and end up vomiting. after vomiting i feel fine. i dont have my gallbladder anymore?

: If pain is relieved after vomit, stomach disease is strongly suspected. If you are diabetic, you probably have gastroparesis (lazy stomach). Other stomach problems such as gastritis and ulcer or pancreatic disease may occur after meal time (postprandial) but pain due to pancreatic disease is less likely subsided after emesis.

around a week ago i developed a dull ache under my right rib error in the upper abdomen area, it feels bloated and almost stretched across the upper an area. i have no gallbladder and do occasionally get ibs type symptoms.  thank you ?

Uncertain: Cartilage, lung, pleural, muscle, ribs are there  and each can cause  symptoms. Even after a GB surgery new  stones can form.

Postop check: 31 year old woman s/p cholecystectomy (laparoscopic?). You need to visit your surgeon for a postoperative evaluation. You need a full exam. After an operation fluid collection infection other factors need to be ruled out. You also list leg pain and csection 7 days ago? You need to call your surgeon asap and visit an emergency room. can a gall bladder stone or gall bladder stone cause tenderness in both left, right upper abdomen? but i also get tenderness in whole middle and lower abdomen... i have no organ issue? but the most prominent pain is in upper abdomen?

Abdomen pain: Upper abdominal pain can be due to a variety of causes. Gall bladder stone can cause similar pain but is usually more colicky in nature. Gnawing , aching , burning pain can be more secondary to gastritis or stomach ulcers. Should get it examined and possibly an ultrasound. Treatment based on cause.

got heartburn and vomit suddenly of both alcohole and snus/nicotine. sudden intoleranse, after i had burning pain in upper abdomen. before the burning pain i never had any problems. can liver, gallbladder or pancreatic disease cause this?

: This is more characteristic of irritation/inflammation of the stomach lining ( gastritis). If you weren't experiencing upper abdominal distress leading up to this episode your symptoms may be short-lived. Abstain from alcohol,nicotine, excess caffeine, spicy foods &amp; take omeprazole or famotidine for a week. If symptoms don't resolve, consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation.

RUQ anatomy: Anatomically, the right upper quadrant (RUQ) of the abdomen includes: liver, gallbladder, pancreatic head, bile ducts and ampulla, c-loop of the duodenum, stomach antrum and pylorus, the hepatic flexure of the colon.  Don't forget the diaphragm and lower chest are pretty close by. The abdominal musculature, ribs, and skin can all contribute as well to localizing RUQ pain. An exam is appropriate.

i have heaviness in chest, when i eat it feels like food just says in upper abdomen causing pressure. could this be gallbladder trouble?

Possible causes: first, see you doctor immediately to ensure this isn't a sign of heart disease and potential pending heart attack. From description other causes include esophageal dysfunction, spasm or mass, paraesophageal hernia, achalasia as well as others. Symptoms Not classic for gallbladder.  Short of it is see GI doctor or GI surgeon for work up
