Prolapse of the anterior leaflet of mitral valve gives soft blowing systolic murmur over the mitral valve, often not associated with any pathology or leakage of the valve aka mitral regurg. Arrythmia also can show and is abnormal.

If no ongoing changes, this  is likely your new baseline.

Echo,sclerosis,: Not usual at your age but not worrying,avoid smoking,recreational drugs and possibly excess dairy and calcium intake(currently some controversy about this)

Listen to your body: It could be a histamine response since you have allergies. Vitamin c with bioflavanoids, boswellia, and curcumin are natural substances that block histamine and inflammatory substances that can cause intermittent pain. Advil (ibuprofen) that you use  is anti-inflammatory. Does it help at all?

Further eval: Depending on other medical conditions, and events before and after the loss of consciousness, there are various causes. If concern for heart rhythm problem, an event monitor may be helpful.  An echocardiogram would ensure normal heart/valve structure. 
The chest pain is important to note- sometimes is abnormal heart rhythm.
