hi i have this rash on my jawline it doesn't itch or hurt normally they are raised shiny little lumps but if i shave they get worse like in the attached pic. please help?

PFB: Likely called 'pseudofolliculitis barbae' and usually occurs in men after shaving. Recommended treatment is to not shave frequently and not shave too close.

i normally only get hives/dermatographia in hot water/temperatures. but, lately have been getting daily "attacks"+raised bumps for no reason. i take zyrtec+flonase daily. can anything else otc help w/ itching? should i see my derm or pcp for this?

Urticaria: You should.  Either PCP, dermatologist or allergist might help.  Another variable to look at is food allergy testing. Diet has 80 percent to do with your immune system. For many finding the dietary trigger, which can often be delayed can help alleviate your problem.

Boil: You may have infected cyst or furuncles. These can be treated with oral antibiotics. If it only one it can be drained.

Yes.: I know of no good studies, but it's totally possible for people who grow up in warm or cold climates to not enjoy being their respective "native habitats."  some people like weather extremes, others don't.  No illness is generally involved.

See a doctor: There are many lesions that are brown and raised.  Many raised brown spots are benign such as seborrheic keratosis and benign moles.  However, some melanomas can be raised so it is important to have your dermatologist to do a skin check. Dermatographia: You have a condition called dermatographia. It is a benign condition the cause of which is unknown. As in hives or urticaria, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help.

Sun damage?: Raised, itchy, scaly whitish spots on exposed areas of skin may be due to sun damage. If you are of fair complexion, you may be more susceptible to uv damage. Lesions sound like actinic keratoses, a form of sun damage that does have the potential to become skin cancer; so have them examined by fp or dermatologist. Meanwhile, cover exposed areas; use high spf sun block.
